COVID-19 Precautions
Our patient's safety is our upmost concern. Therefore we have made it a point to not only meet the standards and recommendations set by the CDC, CDPH, OSHA, ADA and the CDA, but to go above and beyond. If you visit the office, you will see:
Medical Grade HEPA Filters - These filters are strategically placed throughout our office to recirculate and purify the air.
Extra-Oral Aerosol Evacuators - Each treatment room is outfitted with an extra-oral aerosol evacuators to limit aerosol spread during dental procedures.
Specialized Intra-Oral Evacuators - We gently use intra-oral suction right in the patient's mouth to reduce aerosols.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Each team member wears the appropriate PPE.
Diode Laser - Before cleanings, we offer laser bacterial reduction which reduces the pathogenic load (amount of pathogens) in the aerosols that are produced.
In addition to these precautions, we screen all our patients before they come into the office.
